" I have recently purchased a Gel Eze Saddle Pad .  I have an ex point-to-pointer who has a chronic hairless patch on his back.  As he always runs up light in the winter it is the devil's own job, despite careful saddle fitting, to prevent this becoming a sore.  Thus, this winter, although I tried my level best, it started to break open and nothing I tried, up to and including a foam numnah with a hole cut in it, worked.

Since using the Gel Eze saddle pad, not only has the sore has not broken open , but at last I am beginning to see an improvement in the whole area.

Finally! Bit arrived lunch time today (Thursday). Have not tried her in it yet, but will let you know how she gets on at big county show on Sunday. The bit looks perfect, everything I had been looking for. Had tried her in the Sprenger KK ultra ultra last weekend, as your bit didn't turn up (cost of £100), she didn't like it at all so had great delight in sending it back as it was on hire (£10). If your bit works on Lily, I shall be recommending it to everyone, as I teach and show loads in the lead-rein pony/first ridden community, and yours was the only " wilkie " as we call them, with the nice kind lozenge instead of the nut-cracker. Fingers crossed.

I use the bathing blade daily on each horse after work.  The gently spray makes bathing stressfree, quick and effective - particularly with nervous youngsters, or the horses that hate water on their heads.  A messy job is now quick and easy and there is no more struggling with a sponge behind the ears!  I couldn't be without it now - and an added bonus is it saves our metered water!

"I have had superb results when refitting saddles to horses that have not been going well (with wrong fit). The geleze wither pad allows the muscles on the back to resume to natural shape when fitted with the correct width saddle (fitted to the shoulder).  They lift the saddle sufficiently to help saddle fit until the muscles are recovered. The wither pads are wonderful ! They can also be used as protection in hard work."

Thanks for yor promt reply. I have a very round cob. I have had 2 saddle fitters trying to get a saddle that will not slip the one I use is their best effort but did still slip a bit. I tried the pad straight on my horses back this morning and for the first time the saddle did not slip even when I mounted.
