Bombers Bit Colin Miles Full Cheek

The Colin Miles Full Cheek is a great schooling bit with a 55mm centre piece creating greater tongue pressure.
Hence, hhe rings give the horse something to play with and help keep the horses attention on the bit.

Furthermore, the Fulmer, or commonly known as the Full Cheek cheek piece, will have the same effect as the traditional Eggbutt. As a result it prevents pinching on the sides of the mouth, however the extended pins above and below the bit, firstly prevent the bit being pulled through the mouth and secondly have the effect of guiding the horses head which is great for schooling and training purposes.

Additionally, all our bits are made from blue sweet iron, because it:

• oxidises easily
• encourages salivation
• helps bit acceptance
• is warm and sweet

Please note the blue will fade with use.
